IFMARK Plans to Enhance Futsal with Proven Medical Strategies
Dr. Zohreh Haratian stated: "I am pleased that the Futsal Committee and the Futsal League Organization have accurately analyzed the conditions to develop continuous and purposeful sports medical services in this field."
Dr. Haratian continued: "Caring for the health of players, who are valuable assets in football and futsal leagues, is extremely important. Our duty in sports medicine, in addition to treatment, includes injury prevention and enhancing the physical quality of players."
She added: "Iran is the only country in the world where league players' tests are conducted centrally. This has even been praised by FIFA. We now have comprehensive information about the health and physical quality of our football league players, and this information is expanding daily."
Head of IFMARK noted: "Fortunately, with the positive outlook of Mr. Taj, President, and Mr. Osooli, Head of the Futsal Committee, it has been decided to bring the 10-year medical experience of the Premier Football League to futsal."
Dr. Haratian concluded: "One of our key programs is to conduct pre-season centralized medical examinations for the Premier Women's League teams. Fortunately, with the insight of the Futsal League Organization, there will be assistance regarding the costs as well."
